About us
The roofers who show you the photographs.
VVS Roofing is a family-run roofing company working on domestic and commercial properties across South West London and the surrounding counties.
A family business, not a call centre.
VVS is family owned and family run. When you call, you speak to the people who will be on your roof — not a salesman working on commission who hands the job to whoever is free that week.
It means one team, one point of contact, and one company answerable for the work when it is finished.
We know what people think of roofers.
Roofing has a reputation, and a good deal of it is earned. The knock at the door after a storm. The quote for a full replacement when three tiles have slipped. The deposit taken and the van that never comes back.
We have built the way we work around not being that. We survey the roof properly and photograph it. We quote a fixed price in writing, itemised, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. We tell you when something can be repaired rather than replaced. And we guarantee the work for ten years.
None of that is remarkable. It only looks remarkable next to the alternative.
How we work.
We look before we quote
Every quotation follows a proper inspection of the whole roof, not a guess from the ground.
You get the photographs
So you can see the problem for yourself, and see it again once the work is done.
Fixed, itemised prices
Free to get, written down, and the price we agree is the price you pay.
Fully insured
Public liability cover on every job, domestic and commercial.
A clean site
All waste taken away, gutters cleared, and nothing left behind on the lawn.
Our guarantee
Ten years on everything we lay.
Every roof we install is guaranteed for ten years. If water gets in because of something we did, we come back and fix it — no argument and no charge.
A guarantee is only worth as much as the company standing behind it. That is one more reason we would rather be a family business that is still here in ten years than a name that changes every eighteen months.
Domestic and commercial
Houses, flats, shops and units.
We work on domestic and commercial roofs — period terraces and family homes, flats and blocks, shop fronts, offices and industrial units. Flat and pitched, large and small.
Commercial work is scheduled around your opening hours where it needs to be, so the roof gets done without the business stopping.
