Why VVS
Most roof problems start small.
A slipped tile. A hairline split in a flat roof. A lead flashing that has lifted half an inch. None of it looks like much from the ground, and none of it stays small. By the time a damp patch shows up on a ceiling, whatever caused it has usually been going on for a long time.
We are a family-run roofing company. We get up and look at the whole roof before we quote, we photograph what we find, and we tell you straight whether it needs repairing or replacing. Quite often the honest answer is a morning's work, not a new roof.
You see what we see
You cannot get up on your own roof. Every survey comes with a photo report, so you know exactly what we found before you spend a penny.
We will tell you if it is just a repair
Plenty of the roofs we get called out to do not need replacing. If yours is one of them, we will say so and quote for the repair.
Ten-year guarantee
Every roof we lay is guaranteed for ten years. If it lets water in because of our work, we come back and put it right.
